Now, we need to work to get Perry to nominate a good chairman, which may be difficult from the group of 15 commissioners. Mavis Knight is politically even-handed and fair, but I’m not sure Perry would ever nominate her. This issue is not done.

Oh sure, that’s the only reason.

These guys tend to be surprisingly effective for the same reason that garden pests are – there’s just no substitute for single-mindedness.
