Most of the time books are “banned” for really silly reasons. Captain Underpants has led the parade of banned books in past years, though Judy Blume frequently takes first place.

Some people get their noses so high in the air they couldn’t read a Psalm in front of them, in the Large Print Edition.

Generally, when a book is banned, that helps its sales. Hope that’s true with Captain Underpants.
